Are you a highly motivated dog lover with great communication skills, experience working with a Team and strong attention to detail? Stay Dog Daycare and Boarding is looking for you!! Stay is expanding our Daycare Center Offerings and our Team!
Stay averages 80+ dogs daily, and we are open 24 hours a day, every single day of the year! Due to our expanded work hours, there are multiple shifts available, full time and part time. There are doggos in the building all the time, so WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
Your primary job assignments are monitoring/engaging the dogs in groups, controlling their behavior, transporting dogs throughout the center and cleaning. While we do require some experience with dog behavior, either in a daycare setting or kennel/rescue, you will be provided training, branded merchandise, and all essential tools to be successful at Stay!
You will be working independently and with teams. Our performance based pay system gives you the opportunity to earn up to $15 an hour! You must be at least 18 years old to be considered. You must be able to stand/walk for 4 hours at a time, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

- Dog handling experience in a professional setting is REQUIRED, either at another daycare/boarding center, or with a reputable rescue organization. Please describe your experience. Please provide the name of the daycare/boardiing center, animal medical facility or rescue organization.
- Stay is open every single day of the year. Weekends and holidays are REQUIRED. Are you available to work weekends and holidays?
- How many days per week would you prefer to work? 3? 4? or 5?
- We fully staff between 5am and 10pm every day. Which shift would you prefer to work? Morning shifts starting at 5am, 6am or 7am? Mid shifts starting at 9am or 10am? Evening shifts starting at 1pm, 2pm. or 3pm? A combination or starting times?
- On time attendance is an important part of caring for animals. Stay is located at 1265 W 65th Street in Cleveland. Will you be able to reliably come to work on time for all your scheduled shifts?
