Job Description:
Coppolillo’s Italian Steakhouse, part of the CHC Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers to join our team in Crown Point, Indiana. Known for our prime steaks and homemade Italian specialties, Coppolillo’s provides an upscale, high-volume dining experience where quality and hospitality are top priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, polished service in a fine dining setting
- Guide guests through the menu, with expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Manage timing and coordination with kitchen and bar for seamless service
- Maintain section cleanliness and readiness throughout service
- Contribute to a positive, professional team dynamic
Qualifications:
- Previous fine dining or steakhouse serving experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with wine, cocktails, steak temperatures, and Italian cuisine (a plus)
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Polished, guest-first presentation and attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
