Are you a skilled housekeeping professional with hospital experience and strong leadership abilities? We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations in a medical facility, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and team performance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations within a medical facility
- Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping staff across patient rooms, surgical areas, lobbies, and other clinical/non-clinical spaces
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare sanitation protocols, OSHA regulations, and client expectations
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and linens
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure timely communication with on-site hospital staff and company management
- Enforce infection prevention and control standards (including terminal cleaning procedures)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare cleaning procedures, infection control, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
