We are looking for an experienced veterinary technician (preferably certified RVT) to come join our team at Dermatology Pet Care! We are a privately owned dermatology specialty clinic for dogs and cats in hip midtown Sacramento. Our mission is to provide exceptional dermatologic care to our patients, offering expert treatment in allergy and all matters pertaining to the skin and ears of pets.
Veterinary dermatology is a fascinating specialty that pulls together many facets of veterinary medicine including outpatient care, preventive medicine, client education, pharmacology, anesthesia, surgery, microscopy and cytology, microbiology, parasitology and more. It allows you to use your seasoned clinical skills while developing your dermatology knowledge base. We will teach you all you need to know!
We are looking to add a positive individual who works well with others in a team setting, is kind and professional, detail-oriented, has excellent communication and client service skills, able to multitask, and enjoys educating clients. We require at least 3 years of clinical veterinary experience with a strong skill set in animal restraint, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and anesthesia.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
