Overview:
Growing Express Lube looking to hire a responsible manager-in-training ready to work hard, have fun, and build a culture of accountability. We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Express Lube leader to cultivate and manage our team. This role is critical to the success of our business, as it involves providing high-quality vehicle maintenance services to our customers and managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with Inventory management
- Perform, teach and manage express oil change services
- Perform, teach and manage additional services (differentials, engine flush, coolant exchange, etc.)
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Align vehicles to ensure proper performance and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals and objectives.
- Manage and service fleet accounts
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in an express lube environment is required
- Proven experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is required, including oil changes, tire rotations, additional services (differentials, engine flush, coolant exchange, brakes, etc.)
- Ability to lift heavy objects, as required by the job.
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair techniques.
- Experience with customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
