Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology or esthetics and a keen eye for detail, specializing in eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients leave feeling beautiful and satisfied. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage various beauty services while maintaining high standards of sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with industry standards.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Deliver excellent guest services by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
- Experience with eyelash extensions is essential; additional skills in hair styling, nail care, or tattooing are a plus.
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, or deep tissue massage is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple appointments.
- Knowledge of color theory and retail sales techniques is beneficial.

Suites are also available for sublease at $750 per month

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
