We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols.
- Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired looks and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash styling and beauty treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of color theory and its application in beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and retail sales.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and engage clients in upselling opportunities.
- A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field is essential.
