Position: Professional Eyelash Technician

1. Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension services including classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume, bottom lashes, etc.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable lash styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation.
- Keep track of client appointments and preferences (if needed).
2. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lash extension
- Still working as a lash technician.
- Strong knowledge of lash types, styles, and up-to-date techniques.
- Detail-oriented, clean, and responsible.
- Professional appearance and communication, with a friendly and client-focused attitude.
- Lash certification or completion of a formal training course is an advantage.
WORKING OPTIONS:
1. Commission-Based:
- Earn a percentage of each service (rate negotiable depending on skills and experience).
- No need to pay for rent, utilities, or basic supplies.
- Clients may be provided by the salon.
2. Room/Chair Rental:
- Rent a private room or lash station to work independently.
- Full control over schedule, pricing, and clients.
- Clean, professional space provided; optional support in marketing/promotion.
