Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Associate (Laboratory Operations) to join a dynamic and innovative biotechnology organization in the Manchester, NH area.
Entry to junior level job looking for someone looking to do various handy work around these offices and laboratories!
Essential Duties of the Facilities Associate:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functioning and climate control.
- Handle electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Address plumbing issues, perform installations and repairs, and ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
- Conduct painting and patching tasks to maintain the appearance and integrity of the facility.
- Install and maintain shelves and other storage solutions as needed.
Qualifications of the Facilities Associate:
- MOST IMPORTANT: Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- 0-2 years of experience working in facilities maintenance/management.
- Experience keeping an office or facility up and running. This includes things from changing a light bulb, fixing paint chips, shelving items, and more.
Compensation for the Facilities Associate:
- $40,000 to $52,000 based on experience
