Facilities Technician – Full-Time
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour | Expected Hours: 40 per week

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to join our production team. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and general repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on facility buildings and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting, and general construction.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues and complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in general maintenance trades including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening and weekend availability as needed
