Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the building.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain general & preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
- Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage their time.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Facilities Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
- Facility Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required)
