Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help keep our warehouse running smoothly — inside and out. This role blends janitorial tasks, light handyman work, restocking, and outdoor groundskeeping. If you like staying busy, being part of a team, and taking pride in keeping things clean and organized, this might be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
- Change air filters and help with light building maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and clutter-free
- Restock product on warehouse shelves and help maintain inventory order
- Break down boxes and manage warehouse recycling/trash areas
- Maintain outdoor areas — sweep walkways, remove weeds, pick up debris, basic upkeep
- Assist with light seasonal maintenance (holiday lights, pressure washing, etc.)
- Perform basic handyman tasks as needed (tighten hardware, patch small holes, etc.)
- Report any larger maintenance issues to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and takes initiative — doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet most of the day
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Basic knowledge of tools, cleaning supplies, and general maintenance
- Willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Bonus Points:
- Experience in janitorial work, warehouse operations, or groundskeeping
- Familiar with organizing stock, inventory restocking, or basic landscaping tools
