Mobileye is a global leader in autonomous driving technology, operating advanced AV workshops across the U.S. We’re looking for a hands-on Facility and Vehicle Workshop Manager to oversee our Detroit-area workshop and support national operations. This role combines physical responsibilities (facility upkeep, equipment handling, fleet logistics) with administrative duties (vendor coordination, scheduling, compliance) and serves as the key liaison between U.S. operations and our HQ in Israel.
What will your job look like:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the AV workshop and facility
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Oversee AV fleet readiness, inspections, licensing, and maintenance
- Handle tools, charging infrastructure, and hazardous material protocols
- Maintain digital documentation and support audits
- Drive a clean, organized, and safe workplace
All you need is:
- 4+ years of experience in facility or property management
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid Detroit-area license
- U.S. work authorization and ability to work full-time on-site
- Bonus: Engineering background, electrician certification, fleet/workshop experience, and local residency within 60 minutes of Madison Heights
