We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Care Associate.
Position Overview: As a Facility Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for both customers and employees. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall success and reputation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:

*Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, to maintain cleanliness throughout the store. *Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other public areas according to established guidelines and standards. *Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom amenities as needed to ensure availability for customers and staff. *Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly, such as spills, leaks, or damaged fixtures. *Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor fixtures. *Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures. *Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE). *Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment at all times.
Qualifications:

*Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. *Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning instructions and safety protocols. *Ability to work independently and efficiently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. *Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks. *Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
