Harris & Bruno International (H&B), a printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full time Facility Maintenance Technician.
We are seeking an individual to conduct cleaning of a commercial property. The property includes a machine shop and offices.
Functions:
- Daily cleaning of machine shop including wiping down machines, cleaning walls and pipes, and removal of trash and metal shavings.
- Will need to be experienced using and maintaining an airless sprayer to facilitate painting of all interior walls.
- Uses equipment, including power tools, scissor lift with safety harness, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Perform other cleaning work of machine shop and offices under general supervision and additional duties as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience maintaining and cleaning commercial properties preferred.
- Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Experience painting preferred.
