Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
Arco Properties is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Morton, PA location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all facilities located onsite as well as the surrounding property to maintain a clean and safe environment. This person will help maintain the appearance of the property as well as the work areas within the community. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has great attention to detail, and is looking for a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
·Must be able to work Monday through Friday and 8 hours per day per shift with overtime and weekends.
·Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record in order to drive a company vehicle.
·Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
·Ability to use power tools and equipment such as power saws, drills, etc.
·Ability to read and understand basic maintenance instructions and safety rules.
·Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
