Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a full-time Family Law Paralegal for its Greensboro office. This position will assist attorneys in the firm’s active Family Law practice with drafting documents and correspondence, preparing equitable distribution and financial spreadsheets, organizing files, coordinating calendars, and interacting with clients and third parties. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required. The firm offers a busy and collegial atmosphere with benefits including health insurance, health savings account, short and long term disability, and 401k.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 or more years of Family Law or Litigation experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess analytical and research skills
- A self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Responsive and proactive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to present oneself professionally
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong discretion with an understanding of the importance of confidential information
