Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to all Attorneys and assist in all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is punctual, team-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
- Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
- Conduct legal research and investigation
- Provide general administrative support
- Proactively communicates with Clients to keep them updated on case statuses
- Record important information
- Maintain and update documentation
- Assist with discovery requests
- Suggest and Facilitate procedural changes that allow the firm to operate more efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred
- Certification as a Paralegal or Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
