*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on promoting health and preventing disease within families. *Responsibilities* - Conduct comprehensive health assessments - Develop and implement patient care plans - Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes - Manage patient referrals to specialists when needed - Perform minor procedures within the scope of practice *Qualifications* - Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice - Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing - Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner - Strong knowledge in physiology, acute care, pediatrics, and gastroenterology - Experience in case management, toddler care, acute pain management, diagnostic evaluation, patient care, and nursing home settings
