Job Type: Part-time (Saturdays only)
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 5–6 hours/week
About Us:
K-Mama is a local, women-owned business specializing in handmade Korean kimchi and probiotic pickles. We’ve built a strong following at farmers markets across DFW and are expanding into new locations. We’re looking for outgoing, responsible sales associates to join our team and represent our brand at farmers markets every Saturday.
Your Role:
As a Farmers Market Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of K-Mama, offering samples, engaging with customers, and managing our booth with pride and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down booth (tent, table, signage, product)
- Hand out samples and educate customers about our products
- Handle cash and credit card sales (Square POS)
- Keep booth clean, organized, and welcoming
- Transport products and booth materials to and from market (Car required)
- Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
Requirements:
- Must be available every Saturday
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and independent
- Previous retail, sales, or food service experience preferred but not required

- Hours typically run 7:30 AM – 12:15 PM, plus 1 hour paid time for pick-up/drop-off from Carrollton, TX. Some markets run a little longer, or a little later.
