We are seeking a dedicated skilled Utility technician to join our team. This role involves working in various environments, including residential and commercial properties and requires a strong understanding of utility operations. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes driving a company vehicle
- knowledge, and experience with mechanical devices This position is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of utility services.
Duties
- Company vehicle
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction-related activities.
- Removing lumber that is infested with temite damage local treat ments
- Drilling slab for subterranean termites and also trenching sub areas and also basements
- Rodent proofing
- Replacing crawl vents
- Replacing Sub vents screen Gables and T vents
- Patching with cement holes in walls
- Pest control treating homes, according to the label setting up rodent bait stations and setting rodent traps in attic and also sub area

- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs.
- Climb as necessary to perform tasks at elevated heights safely.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a construction or utility environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with climbing techniques and safety measures related to elevated work.
