Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and payment processing.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide assistance to customers as needed, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Basic culinary skills for food preparation tasks.
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
