Zangaroo Logistics Inc. is a contracted FedEx Ground service provider focused on performance, professionalism, and building a winning team. We're seeking a dependable FedEx Ground Logistics Manager to lead daily delivery operations and drive team accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily dispatch and confirm all packages are assigned
- Cover or coordinate routes for driver call-outs, must have truck driving expieriance
- Monitor performance and support struggling drivers
- Enforce scanning accuracy and safety protocols
- Ensure on-time driver arrivals and dispatch
- Train and coach new hires
- Respond to misdelivery or service issues
- Track scheduled pickups and handle delays
- Set clear goals and coach for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in delivery driving in step vans is required, and team management within FedEx is preferred
- Leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
-Critical thinkers and hard workers that understand if they treat the business as their own, it will be reflected in thier bonuses
- 5 days a week, however, one weekend day is a must
