```Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care and daily living activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and document changes in client's health status
- Implement behavior management strategies for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Take vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nurse or healthcare professional
Requirements:
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for clients' needs
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and procedures
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other behavioral challenges is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
