Key Responsibilities:
Fence Installation: Install a variety of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum.
Tool Operation: Utilize power tools to cut, assemble, and secure fence materials.
Site Preparation: Clear debris and level ground to prepare installation sites.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their fencing needs and offer recommendations.
Safety & Maintenance: Follow safety regulations and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Team Support: Assist with other tasks related to fence installation as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in fence installation required.
Skillset: Familiarity with power tools, construction techniques, and basic construction skills.
Reliability: Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in various weather conditions.
Physical Stamina: Able to lift materials up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay: Starting at $22.06/hr + Yearly Raises + $2/hr Attendance Bonus.
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with occasional overtime).
