Position Title: Monroe, NC area: F&I Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, corporate accounting, and strategic planning. This role is crucial for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Core Duties: Sell F&I Products with an expectation of $2,450+ PVR, minimum. Must menu sell.
Currently F&I PVR is $2,800
- Participate in consistent training program, supplemental advanced training provided to experienced candidates.
- Complete customer paperwork / CIT
- Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
- Ensure Federal and State compliance when dealing with customers and their private information.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years F&I Management experience
- Must be able to verify past performance of F&I PVR over-$2,000.00
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce experience preferred, IOS / Apple products and platforms
- Advanced knowledge of F&I Best Practices required
- Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to make presentations to customers
Certificates and Licenses
- AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License required
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, near vision use for reading and computer use for extended periods of time
- Lifting (approximately 20 to 30 pounds), bending, and other physical exertion
