Job Description: Cake She Hits Different is seeking a full-time Field Account Rep to join our sales team for the Fresno/Visalia territory . This role requires weekend availability and reports to the Field Coordinator. The ideal candidate must have a car, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educating Customers: Provide detailed information about Cake She Hits Different products to potential customers at demos and events.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff at dispensaries that carry Cake She Hits Different products in your designated territory.
- Event Participation: Actively represent Cake She Hits Different at promotional events, demos, pop-ups, trade shows, and product launches.
- Tracking Metrics: Monitor and report on customer feedback, sales volumes, and other KPIs set forth by the VP of sales from events and demos.
- Reporting: Submit feedback reports, including event sales, customer feedback, and demographics. Conduct weekly check-ins with the Territory Marketing Coordinator (TMC) to discuss demo success.
- Audit Territory: Regularly audit online venues in your region to ensure product descriptions, MSRP, and images are accurate.
- Demo/Event Requirements: Responsible for conducting multiple demos/events monthly, ensuring smooth execution and success.
- Incentive Program: Participate in an incentive program based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Digital Opt-Ins: Drive customer engagement by encouraging them to opt in for messaging and emails to track demo success.
- Swag Management: Manage swag inventory and reorder from the TMC as needed. Handle faulty battery returns and manage the collection and submission of photos of account displays and demos/pop-ups.
- Sales Tracking: Report confirmed product sales during demos and events.
- Digital Asset Management: Ensure that all accounts within your territory have up-to-date menu descriptions, photos, and MSRP. Share out social and digital assets as needed with our partners.
- Industry Events: must stay up to date on industry events and look for opportunities for Cake She Hits Different to have a presence at. .
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that accounts have displays, empty packaging and build-outs where applicable.

Flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to learn are key to your success in this role, as you’ll be adapting to different events, environments, and audiences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and remain mobile for extended periods.
- Enthusiasm for cannabis and a proactive approach to building strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Local to the territory you are applying for.
- Willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics from in the field
- Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands
- Proven success in coordinating and executing events required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
- Proficient in CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, client service, or field marketing
- Proven record of reaching sales goal
Travel
Day travel by car, as required. Occasional travel by air to business conferences and events as needed.
