ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure fiber infrastructure capacity for trunk and distribution applications is optimized.
- Ensures all construction and/or deployment projects are completed timely and proficiently.
- Maximizes capital expenditures budget.
- Use strategic thinking to continually identify and create business opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned or as the position demands.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field and Network Infrastructure Specialist’s responsibilities will require to oversee the workmanship of contractor, vendors and other personnel. Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing project assigned work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university; and at least 3 years of experience with designing Outside Plant Fiber infrastructure and Fiber Network infrastructure.
