BAIRD is GROWING! We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to REDEFINE the homeowner experience in Concrete, Foundation, and Crawlspace repair solutions. If you're motivated, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

- Competitive Pay with On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Training Pay: Base plus commission for up to 4 months.
- Then Commission Only: 8-11% per sale (Portioned Up-front and at Final)
- $100K+ annual earnings potential, with top performers earning $300K+.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on long-term solutions for their property.
- Utilize strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills to help homeowners make confident decisions.
- Deliver "WOW" service every time by providing top-tier customer care.
