On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Field Service Dispatcher to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!

This role supports both the Field Service and other internal teams by providing day-to-day scheduling, facilitating seamless and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficiently use technology systems to research, prioritize, dispatch, and review information about the property and assessment request
- Use common optimization tools to monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests regarding the Field Service department
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experience in assessing property conditions or dispatching (preferred)
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in technology
- Organized
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
