Job Title: Field Service Technician & Coordinator
Location: Phoeniz, Arizona
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Local Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our field technician teams across various geographic areas. The primary focus will be on managing local physical logistics, ensuring a smooth local operation so that our local Field Technicians are able to consistently provide outstanding service to our customers. You will be a key point of contact for our national Field Services Manager, giving insights and assistance to all instances that require a physical presence in your area. Additionally, you will coordinate with the marketing team to ensure photos and videos are being collected by the field technicians and assist in this process when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Turf Technician:
- Perform turf cleaning and deodorizing services using TurFresh’s proprietary equipment and products
- Drive company vehicle to service locations in a timely and safe manner
- Assess job site conditions and deliver high-quality service consistently
- Document job completion and communicate service results via mobile app
- Interact professionally with customers on-site, explaining services and answering basic questions
As a Field Operations Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage technician schedules using dispatch software (Jobber or similar)
- Monitor and adjust daily routes to ensure service efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries, appointment changes, and field issues via phone and email
- Act as the central communication hub between technicians and customers
- Track service completion, update job statuses, and assist with customer follow-ups
- Support reporting, inventory tracking, and field readiness tasks
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating, project management or a related field.
- Proven ability to work outdoors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
