Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at KC Pharmaceuticals. This role is crucial in overseeing financial planning, reporting, and risk management, contributing significantly to our vision of becoming an industry leader through dedication and innovation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for cost control and efficiency.
Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards.
- Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and internal controls.
- Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, and other industry-specific financial regulations.
Cost & Manufacturing Finance:
- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and implement strategies to optimize production costs.
- Analyze inventory valuation and cost accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Support pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market trends.
Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Assess investment opportunities and provide financial guidance to senior management.
- Develop financial models for capital expenditures and project financing.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to drive operational excellence.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial goals.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
