Position Overview:
The team is part of Enterprise Supply Chain in the Finance Division. We are responsible for a wide variety of financial functions such as Travel and Expense Management, Daily Banking and Settlement Processes, Corporate Credit Card Program Management and Expense Report Audits. This position will have the opportunity and expectation to learn all aspects of the team's responsibilities and assist where needed.

Your Impact:
In this role you will be an integral part of the success of the team and will be required to perform the tasks below, as well as any others assigned by management.
Monitor the Travel and Business Expenses General Mailbox and ensure all emails have been addressed
Audit employee expense reports timely and ensure they adhere to the Travel and Business Expenses Corporate Policy
Provide customer service by answering questions via email or phone within a reasonable time
Perform basic reporting and analysis as requested
Follow established Financial Controls as indicated when processing daily settlements and bank reconciliations
Assist in managing the corporate credit card programs
Other duties established or assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience of related professional work
Proven knowledge of general financial and accounting processes
Ability to handle operational processes with strict deadlines and controls
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Workday Financials exposure

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $63,000 - $95,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
