This position has two parts - maintaining our current client base with their needs and working on acquiring new business and sales. Our systems and processes guarantee success if executed properly. You will work with management in servicing the greater Tuscaloosa areas such as Pickens County, Greene County, Walker County, Tuscaloosa, Northport, etc. Promotion to a leadership position is possible in the first 90 days. Duties and Requirements:
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable recommendations
- Assist clients planning and selecting products that suits their family's needs
- Maintain knowledge of financial products
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self-discipline and have time management skills
- Willingness to help others
- Must have driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Must have Windows operating laptop
