Job Summary
We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Financial Service Specialist to be a key part of our branch team. You'll provide top-notch service, build relationships, handle transactions, and support customers in achieving their financial goals.
What You’ll Do
- Open new checking, savings, and certificate accounts
- Assist customers with transactions and account questions
- Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs
- Perform daily teller duties with accuracy and care
- Support lending staff with documentation and customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot account issues and provide resolutions
- Represent First FarmBank with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of banking or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with solid math and reasoning abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with banking software like Precision/BPM is a bonus!
