Responsibilities for Bartenders:
- Craft and serve classic and specialty cocktails with precision
- Provide exceptional service to both bar guests and dining room tables
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Educate guests on wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service
Responsibilities for Hosts:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations with precision
- Oversee the flow of service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Maintain an organized and polished host stand and dining room
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on wait times, menu offerings, and restaurant details
Responsibilities for Bussers:
- Maintain clean and well-set tables throughout service
- Assist servers in delivering a seamless guest experience
- Ensure the dining room remains polished and presentable at all times
- Support back-of-house and front-of-house staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Food Handler Certification
- Food Safety Certification
- ServSafe
