Brewer & Company of WV, Inc. has been a leader in fire protection services for nearly 78 years. With locations in Charleston, Morgantown and Martinsburg and over 150 employees, we provide services to West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania and areas of Virginia.
Requirements:
- Design and layout fire sprinkler systems in accordance with all NFPA codes and Fire Marshal requirements.
- Perform all preliminary and final hydraulic calculations and size piping for fabrication and installation according to jobsite conditions.
- Work with the Estimator/Project Manager for the transfer of project information, including estimated materials, preliminary designs, water flow information and architectural/mechanical construction documents.
- Must become proficient with all NFPA codes regarding fire sprinkler installation (all fire protection code training will occur on the job)
- Experience with AutoCad.
- Attend coordination meetings on jobsites, provide customer support and monitor job progress internally to ensure that jobs are completed “on budget”.
Position is full time/hourly with overtime as needed.
Rate of pay based on experience and will be discussed during interview.
Potential for sign on bonus (experience required for eligibility).
A pre-employment background check, negative drug screening and medical exam are required for employment eligibility.
