What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome & Assist: Greet patients with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, and make sure all information is accurate and complete.
- Customer Service Superstar: Answer questions, address concerns, and help patients feel at ease—even on the busiest days.
- Insurance Savvy: Verify insurance details and referrals before appointments so things run smoothly at the front desk and behind the scenes.
- Money Matters: Collect co-pays and other payments quickly and accurately.
- Schedule Support: Book, confirm, and update appointments to help keep the day flowing for both patients and medical staff.
- Team Player: Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and coworkers to ensure a collaborative, top-notch care experience.
- Go With the Flow: Jump in where needed and take on other duties as assigned—we’re all in this together!
