Description
The Lake Forest Recreation Department is looking for an individual to work at the department’s fitness center desk. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling an array of front facing duties including processing registrations for fitness center membership, personal training packages, group exercise classes and answering general information about the fitness center. The employee will handle interactions with customers over the phone, in person and/or via email.
The hours for this position will be Monday - Thursday from 6:am - 11:00am.
Opportunities for additional hours to fill in or work a variety of different Recreation Department events are possible.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, possess good computer skills and be able to work in a team environment.
