Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive fitness experience for our members. This position requires a friendly, outgoing personality, sales experience, and a willingness to assist as needed by our members and staff.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members and potential members and assisting them with their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale/computer system efficiently for membership sales.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct tours to educate potential members about our services and promotions.
- Maintain a safe and clean facility at all times.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone. Experience
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is helpful, as is familiarity with the gym, in general.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is valuable.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
