ISI® Elite Training is currently seeking a high performing Sales Manager to be a leader for our location Deerfield/ Buffalo Grove. The Sales Manager will directly oversee the daily sales outreach, team goals & execution strategies, consistent delivery of our brand & facility message, and drive membership growth.

● Execution and management of the ISI® sales process and ensure an elite & consistent member experience
● Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis.
● Organize, Manage and Lead at outreach activities & events to drive to daily, weekly & monthly membership goals
● Work collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall, growth and retention
● Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
At ISI® Elite Training, you will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility, and build relationships with members and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.
● Have a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills
● Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
● Have the flexibility to work days, nights and weekends to meet goals
● A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a sales quota environment or as a manager of fitness facility
● Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
● Can commit to participating in 2 ISI® workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI® training programs
