Local Pilates studio is seeking to hire a flexible, energetic, experienced Front Desk Associate to join our expanding team! In this role you will carry out front desk duties such as direct client interaction and satisfaction, new membership sales, and assisting current members with excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service and client support
· Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
· Emphasize objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
· Present available services to current or prospective members
· Book class appointments for clients, manage client accounts
· Participate in special events to promote the club as needed
· Assumes responsibility for developing selling, marketing and customer service skills
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
· This position offers a competitive hourly rate; based on experience
· 10% commission paid on all sales; variety of sales avenues
Opportunities for growth within the studios and with new studio development, including additional sales and management positions.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
