Logistical Fleet Manager – Verona, WI
The Job:
Oversight of a Transportation Division
Management of the Interview process; Hiring; And supervision of Flat Bed Semi Drivers;
Monitor the Schedule of Deliveries and Back Hauls to optimize efficiencies, from three (3) Transportation Hubs (Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Idaho);
Tasked with multiple scheduling meetings weekly – where priorities are identified and vetted;
Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike;

Qualifications:
Certificate / Degree in Logistics Management desired;
Extensive knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations essential;
Experience with Scheduling Database and Microsoft Office software;
Vehicle Maintenance experience helpful;
Great Customer Service & Organizational skills;
Superior ability to Multi-task, Excellent Communications skills;
Knowledge of trucking / transportation / logistics essential;
Knowledge of the construction business helpful;
