With active operations across several U.S. states, we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee our growing inventory of vehicles and equipment across multiple markets.
Based on-site, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting field crews by managing equipment logistics, ensuring compliance, and coordinating timely maintenance and repairs. Your structured approach, communication skills, and ability to juggle priorities will keep our teams moving and projects on track.

- Work schedule: 08:00am(09:00am) — 4:00pm(5:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
Full lifecycle management of the company fleet:
- 5 horizontal directional drilling (HDD) machines
- 3 excavators
- 10+ trailers
- 20+ trucks (pickup trucks, bucket trucks, etc.)
- Ensure timely vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance (including insurance and permits)
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment assignments with field teams and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate fleet records, usage logs, and documentation
- Oversee vehicle safety checks and incident reporting
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure equipment readiness
- Assist with background checks and licensing compliance for drivers/operators
- Optimize fleet utilization to support efficient project execution and reduce downtime
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role in construction, telecom, or heavy equipment industries
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred
- Strong understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with trailers, directional drilling equipment, and construction vehicles
- Experience managing fleet documentation and compliance (insurance, registrations, permits)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
