We’re seeking a Teeth Whitening Specialist who enjoys connecting with people, is eager to learn, and is excited to help us grow. If you have a professional attitude, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently, we want to meet you.
Position Details:
Hours: 15 hours per week, appointment-based
Availability Required:
Tuesday–Thursday: 9 AM–3 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM
- Optional additional hours on Friday
- Locations: Draper & West Jordan (only 1 location per day)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Paid Weekly
You’ll only come in when appointments are scheduled, making this a great fit for someone with a flexible lifestyle.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform professional teeth whitening services (no license required – paid training and certification provided)
- Engage with clients and deliver exceptional service
- Promote services and memberships in-person and online
- Maintain an active presence on social media (a must!)
- Track and achieve sales goals
- Respond promptly to messages and appointment updates
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Personable, professional, and reliable
- Punctual and self-motivated
- Sales experience (or a willingness to learn)
- Social media savvy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must request time off at least 2 weeks in advance
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $12–\$15/hour (based on experience)
- Tips & Commissions: Bring average earnings to $20–$32/hour
