Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Provide them with the information they need
- Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers types; Walk-in, telephone and back counter technicians
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Receive and maintain inventory parts accurately
- Keep the parts department clean and organized.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes, parts availability and other information requested by the customer
- Provide high level service to internal and external customers
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of stock
- Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Continuous training of Lexus products and services
- Locate and provide all parts as requested by customers or technicians with high level of accuracy
- Log and retain warranty parts returns accurately to ensure credit from the manufacturer
- Strong understanding of dealership parts sales
Qualifications
- Dealership parts sales experience is a preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team environment with others
- Able to self-manage time and set priorities while handling multiple responsibilities
- Not dependent on cell phone usage and social media
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethics and a professional approach at all times
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,489.43 - $53,578.68 per year
