We’re a modern floral boutique seeking an experienced, efficient, and creative Floral Design & Boutique Associate to join our growing team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new business that’s building something special — we focus on creative customization, memorable floral design, and exceptional customer experiences.
This role offers a base of 8–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and season. Additional hours may be available during holidays, custom orders, and special events. Afternoon and weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in-store and on the phone with care and professionalism
- Provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to each client’s needs
- Create custom floral arrangements for everyday orders, events, weddings, holidays, funerals, proms/homecomings, etc. (training available for the right candidate)
- Prep and maintain flowers, supplies, and shop inventory — especially around holidays and major events
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Manage transactions through POS systems and e-commerce platforms
- Contribute to the success of in-store events and workshops
- Take photographs of floral arrangements for promotional use
- Assist in creating social media posts and marketing content
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas for growth — we welcome and encourage creativity in our marketing, events, and overall customer experience
- Work independently and manage time effectively during slower and peak times
- Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to each shift!
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in floral design preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, creative, and confident in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Flexible and available during afternoons, weekends, and peak seasonal times
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light supplies
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus
- Bonus: Event setup/takedown, retail, or social media experience
