Objective: The Floral Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Floral Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and creating visually stunning floral arrangements that meet our high standards. This role involves creative direction and operational management to achieve sales targets, maintain quality standards, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
- Manage the Floral Department for each of our Retail stores (Rochester and Birmingham), setting goals, and providing training for team members to be able to assist customers during all hours of operation.
- Create and maintain visually appealing floral displays, aligning with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and ensuring the freshness and quality of all products.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with custom orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and other department leaders to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping experience for all customers.
