Diner Antonette is looking an Hourly FOH Supervisor to join our team!
Located in beautiful Santa Monica in a 1946 historically designated streamline modern building - the diner space & food hall has been completely restored by LGO HOSPITALITY. This hospitality venue has 3 layers with a stunning Brooklyn style dining space, a retail hall and a patio perfect for events and outdoor dining.
The menu features a no short cut approach to simple ingredient driven offerings from entree salads, fresh seafood and grass-fed burgers. A full bar and appropriate glassware lean into the classics found in the famous grand hotels and fully licensed restaurants just post prohibition.
We need proactive, experienced applicants who are excited to learn our systems and develop in our culture. Wine, spirits and craft cocktail knowledge is required. If you thrive in a fast-paced, yet chill, environment with strong standards, then we want to hear from you.

Ability to maintain professional and levelheaded during peak hours and thrive in fast-paced environments is a must. while embodying our commitment to quality and community. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and manage staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize coverage.
- Qualifications
- Mandatory:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction.
- Proficient in POS systems (Aloha, Micros) and cash handling procedures.
- Preferred:
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume casual dining environments.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
