We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service skills and operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items meet quality standards and guest expectations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
